Provide Level 3 support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues
Design and implement SSO integrations for new applications and services
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven experience in managing Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication services
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have 7+ years of experience in OpenSSO
Experience in system upgrades, patching, and configuration management
Familiarity with identity governance policies
Experience collaborating with security architects and engineering teams
Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of runbooks and architecture diagrams
