Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business and Management
Business and financial management service experience/expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Evaluating internal controls
Executing internal controls testing
Compiling the results of testing performed
Standardizing business processes
Automating / optimizing business processes
Execute existence, completeness and valuation testing for General PP&E
Reconciling Accounts
Compiling Financial Statements, Footnotes and supporting schedules
Ad Hoc Reporting and Data Analysis
Analyzing Budget Reports (SBR, SF-133, SF-132)
Performing audit readiness or remediation
Writing policy and procedure documents
Preferred
Federal financial management experience
Knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Comprehension of the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL)
Familiarity with OMB Circulars and Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) Guidance
Active secret clearance
CPA
PMP
CDFM
CGFM
MBA or other related professional certifications
