Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery — from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Drive S/4HANA implementation or migration programs, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology and business goals
Manage coordination between functional teams (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, PM, etc.), technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, Fiori), and business stakeholders
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; track progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder presentations
Work closely with business process owners to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure user acceptance
Manage third-party vendors, partners, and offshore delivery teams
Oversee change management, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and audit standards
Qualification
Required
