Senior UX Designer
AT&T is a leading telecommunications company that is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join their multidisciplinary design team. In this role, you will utilize your advanced skills in visual and interaction design to create outstanding user experiences for complex iOS applications and responsive web, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital offerings.

Responsibilities
Proficient with creating IOS designs, wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles
Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group’s efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects
Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes and analyze performance to drive future design improvements
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience; Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role
Proficient experience in contributing to and refining design systems to ensure consistency across products, including IOS
Up-to-date with the latest iOS design trends, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and industry best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred
Experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts
Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value
Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction
