Account Manager- Beauty (Amazon & Connected Commerce)
Navigo Marketing is a boutique growth agency focused on beauty and skincare brands across Amazon and connected commerce channels. They are seeking a Brand Manager who will independently own a portfolio of beauty brands, leading strategy and managing client relationships across various channels.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client relationships and communication
Lead strategy for beauty brands across Amazon and connected commerce
Coordinate paid media, content, design, and operations specialists
Translate performance data into clear, confident client narratives
Manage timelines, priorities, and scope
Identify risks early and escalate proactively
Ensure Amazon fundamentals are handled correctly (catalog health, inventory awareness, promotions, etc.)
Act as the internal advocate for your brands
Qualification
Required
Beauty or skincare industry experience (brand-side or agency)
3–6+ years managing ecommerce or Amazon-focused brands
Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals (ads, catalog, inventory dynamics)
Experience working with paid media teams (Amazon Ads, paid social, Google)
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Preferred
Clear, confident communicator
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions
Calm under pressure; not reactive
Experience in an agency environment is a strong plus
