Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Coach and guide the team on Agile practices and principles

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements

Develop comprehensive design documentation based on gathered requirements

Ensure all documentation meets project standards and requirements

Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration to ensure project alignment and transparency

Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or impediments promptly

Work effectively in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work on-site at the Pentagon as required

Manage workload and deadlines efficiently with both remote and on-site team members

Required

Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree

Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and design

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
