Atrium is a growing organization in the legal space with a strong commitment to training and development. They are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to oversee curriculum development, onboarding strategy, and ongoing training programs for attorneys and legal staff, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience across the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead and expand learning and development programs, with a strong focus on attorney and legal staff training
Develop, enhance, and scale onboarding programs to support frequent new hires
Design and implement curriculum, training materials, and learning paths across roles and levels
Oversee and mentor two trainers, providing guidance, structure, and performance support
Partner with leadership, HR, and practice groups to align training initiatives with business goals
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs and processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of learning & development experience
Experience in learning & development within a legal environment or training attorneys/legal professionals
Proven ability to build or expand training programs in a fast-paced, growing organization
Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills
Experience managing or leading trainers or facilitators
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Experience supporting high-volume onboarding environments
Familiarity with adult learning principles and training technology/tools
Background in law firms, legal services, or professional services organizations
A degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
