Responsibilities
负责区域加盟门店考察及日常维护管理，根据公司要求制定出相应的门店管理计划；Conduct regional franchise store inspections and daily maintenance management, and develop corresponding store management plans according to company requirements. This includes regular store visits, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and creating plans based on company objectives and local market conditions
能够根据区域内门店及市场实际情况，给公司提出相应的调整建议,帮助所负责区域门店提高业绩；Provide adjustment recommendations to the company based on the actual situation of regional stores and the market to help improve the performance of responsible regional stores. This involves analyzing store performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to suggest actionable improvements
对意向加盟客户的店门位置做前期的选址效果评估 (客流量、消费人群、客单价等)；Conduct preliminary location effectiveness assessments for potential franchisee stores (e.g., customer traffic, target consumer groups, average transaction value)
及时解决客诉问题，加盟商问题。Resolve customer complaints and franchisee issues promptly
