Responsibilities
Required to work flexible schedule to accommodate on-call and other responsibility including accessing system from out-of-campus to analyze/resolve system problem/halts
Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays on occasions during conversion of software/operating system, or installation of enhancements/hardware, or to meet deadlines
Require full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity, eye and hand coordination
Requires standing, walking, and sitting for periods of time
Requires corrected vision to acceptable range
Requires lifting, approximately 50 pounds, transporting and installing computer equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's level degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, nursing, or related field
Three years of relevant experience without a degree
Certification in Epic applications you will be working in
Certification in area of expertise, HIMSS or other approved organization
Preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare settings and HER Workflows
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
