Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow; support annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting

Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast, identify drivers of variances, and present actionable insights to management

Build financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making

Partner with business units to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment on financial plans

Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field

1-3 years finance and accounting experience

Responds well to questions; participate and present information in meetings

Self-starter with strong business acumen, problem solving skills, and ability to work independently

Advanced PC skills, specifically strong Excel, Power BI, and data mining

Proven success with managing projects that deliver results

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all functions at ASSA ABLOY Americas Residential

Preferred

MBA or CPA a plus

Experience with Essbase, SAP, MFG PRO, or HFM a plus
