Qualification
Required
Proven leadership and team management skills in a financial services setting
Licensed MLO with active license
Knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination, and refinancing
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Analytical skills to review financial data and make informed decisions
Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in the mortgage industry
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly desirable
