The Billing Clerk will be responsible for accurately posting deals to the accounting system, verifying revenue, and ensuring all supporting documents are complete and compliant.

Review incoming deals for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on missing or incorrect paperwork
Post finalized deals into the accounting system
Track deal funding and reconcile relevant schedules
Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles
File and organize deal documents
Support relocation prep as needed
Communicate deal-related issues to team leads
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in dealership billing (required)
Proficiency with dealership management software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and professional with a positive attitude
Preferred
CDK experience preferred
