Senior Sales Engineering
Trust3 AI is building an AI-powered governance platform that helps enterprises improve ROI by enhancing Trust. They are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer who will manage the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive complex deals forward.
Responsibilities
Own the technical side of enterprise sales cycles from first call to close
Lead deep discovery with data, platform, security, and governance teams
Design and deliver compelling demos, technical deep dives, and exec-level narratives
Run POCs and pilots with clear success criteria and real outcomes
Translate messy customer problems into clean Trust3 AI architectures
Partner tightly with Sales to shape deal strategy and win complex deals
Feed real-world market feedback directly into Product and Engineering
Qualification
Required
12+ years in Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / similar customer-facing technical roles
Strong experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI ecosystems
Comfort selling into enterprise accounts with technical and business buyers
Ability to explain complex concepts simply—without dumbing them down
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Confidence to challenge customers when needed
Preferred
Data governance, metadata, or access control experience
Exposure to semantic layers, BI, or AI-to-BI workflows
Startup or high-growth SaaS background
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, or Python
