New Grad, Entry LevelSouthwest Missouri Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service while assisting with consumer loan processing. The role involves processing real estate and commercial loans, handling compliance documentation, and supporting internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers over the phone and in person
Process all real estate and commercial loans, renewals, and payment extensions for compliance documentation and image review
Handles real estate and commercial technical exceptions and document replacement
Process terminations and continuations of UCC's
Handles typical administrative functions such as answering phones and filing of loan servicing related documents
Cross train to backup other loan operations functions as necessary
Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance
Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services
Serve as a representative of the bank at various community events
Qualification
Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
