They are seeking a Make Ready Technician/Grounds Team Member who will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep at the Avanti East Apartment Community in Edinburg, TX.

Responsibilities

Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance and general duties as needed, painting, grounds upkeep, move outs, and help maintain a clean facility and property grounds

Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly, help maintain a clean facility and grounds

A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical

Qualification

Required

Three or more years of make ready and grounds/porter experience required

Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment

This candidate must be available for emergency calls after hours and on weekends as needed

Must have reliable transportation
