Hyatt Place Atlanta/Downtown is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time PM Gallery Hosts to create exceptional guest experiences. In this versatile role, you will provide front desk service, assist with food service, and ensure guests feel at home during their stay.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service during check-in, throughout the guest stay, and during check-out

Taking order and making small bites foods

Engage with guests, provide assistance, and ensure a clean, inviting space

Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments (cash & credit)

Help with deposits, making sure all reservations are routed properly

Operate hotel systems with accuracy and efficiency

Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs

Follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Support training for new team members

Adhere to Hyatt’s safety procedures and operational standards
