Statement of Qualifications - Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required
Preferred
Understanding of labor laws, and HR policies to ensure accurate analysis and policy interpretation
Ability to clearly present complex information and insights to HR teams, executives, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Precision in handling sensitive data and the ability to identify patterns or issues to propose effective solutions
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee data and HR information with discretion and integrity
Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, HR staff, and management to gather insights, understand needs, and drive HR initiative
