They are seeking a Training Coordination Officer who will manage the administrative operations of the internal training organization and act as the main point of contact for support functions including HR and Finance.

Responsibilities
Manage the administrative aspects of the internal training organization, including creating sessions, handling logistics, managing evaluations, and applying pricing in Amplify
Support invoicing and collections related to training activities
Monitor trainee satisfaction and handle complaints proactively, including analysis, calls, reporting, and implementation of action plans
Act as a central point of contact for trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional training experience
Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes, materials, and communications to enhance the overall employee learning experience
Collaborate closely with HR business partners and managers to support the alignment of training programs with business needs
Qualification
Required
Service-oriented mindset: ensure a high-quality experience for trainees
Rigor / Attention to detail: manage administrative and financial processes accurately
Strong interpersonal skills: communicate effectively with trainees and stakeholders
Autonomy / Ability to work independently: take ownership of tasks and contribute proactively to the training function
