Responsibilities

Market Analysis: Use data analytics to identify market trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities for the San Diego region
Engagement Strategies: Support the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize client engagement and retention
Outreach Support: Assist the team in preparing client communications, presentations, and reports. Help track and analyze outreach effectiveness using CRM and analytics platforms
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to align strategies and deliver actionable recommendations
Reporting: Summarize findings and present actionable insights to team leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making

Required

At least 30 completed college-level credit hours (preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field)
Candidate must be a US citizen, reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. per contract requirements

Preferred

Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Interest in business and sales
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience with market research or data analysis projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to attend occasional meetings at San Diego, CA office
