Responsibilities

Prepares customer Invoices and sending to customers through e-mail, postal or electronic submissions to customer portal. Filing of accounts receivable records

Assists in customer calls and follow up of collections. Applies collected receipts and or remittances in the system

Will assist Accounts Payable in matching and data entry

Checks and verifies Accounts payable and vouchers, inputs vendor billings in the system, posting, generate reports and filing of accounts payable records

Assists in reconciling discrepancies in AR or AP accounts

Performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Able to communicate clearly and respond with clarity both oral and written

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word applications

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

High School diploma or general education degree

At least one year experience of related clerical and/or administrative support
