They are seeking a senior, content-driven freelance Marketing Manager to support internal marketing initiatives aimed at driving qualified leads and strengthening the agency’s brand positioning.

Responsibilities
Execute content-driven marketing initiatives across social, email, website, paid campaigns, and events, with a clear focus on generating qualified leads
Own the marketing calendar by delivering timely content aligned with business development and partnership goals
Develop messaging that supports inbound interest and outbound sales conversations
Write and own copy for all internal marketing initiatives, including:
Website updates landing pages
Business development decks case studies
Social media posts
Email campaigns and newsletters
White papers industry publications
Event invitations and promotions
Award submissions and thought leadership
Adapt messaging to different audiences and channels while maintaining brand voice
Create simple, on-brand visuals for campaigns and event-related needs using tools like Figma
Coordinate with the in-house creative team for more complex or high-impact design initiatives
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, feedback, and approvals
Help streamline content workflows and maintain consistency across campaigns and events
Collaborate with the internal marketing team on paid media efforts
Contribute to the planning and promotion of industry events, conferences, dinners, and partner activations
Contribute to post-event storytelling and follow-up efforts
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a digital agency or B2B environment
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of content and campaign work
Experience writing for B2B audiences, agencies, or professional services brands
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn, Meta, Sanity.io, and Figma
Comfortable managing work independently in a part-time, remote environment
