This role focuses on enterprise printer administration, endpoint security, and core system operations, with opportunities to work on identity and access technologies.

Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide printer administration and management
Support and maintain secure system infrastructure and identity-related components
Execute installations, upgrades, patches, and updates across enterprise systems
Administer and support endpoint and system security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, ManageEngine)
Manage Secure Doc (WinMagic) and related secure system components •(nice to have)•
Support Fairfax systems and associated workflows •(nice to have)•
Perform on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting as needed
Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation supporting system operations and future rewrites
Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business requirements
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering
Strong experience with printer administration and management in large environments
Solid understanding of system troubleshooting and operations
Experience with information management, file structures, and data representation
Hands-on experience with endpoint or system security tools (CrowdStrike, Defender, ManageEngine, or similar)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to support on-call duties during scheduled maintenance windows
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, especially for technical documentation
Preferred
Experience with Fairfax systems
Experience administering Secure Doc (WinMagic)
Exposure to identity or access management tools (e.g., Okta)
