Sales Development Representative
Activated Scale is a marketplace modernizing the hiring process by connecting companies with specialized recruiters and AI agents. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business for their Legal vertical, working closely with the Legal team to build a strong pipeline and outbound strategy.
Responsibilities
Drive new business for the Legal vertical
Work closely with the Legal AEs and leadership to create pipeline with law firms
Book meetings with decision makers
Help build the outbound playbook that scales this vertical from early traction to category leader
Qualification
Required
1 - 3 years of experience Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR at a startup
Top performer with a track record of strong sales performance, quick promotions, and consistently beating quota
Comfortable doing high quality outbound and learning a new buyer persona quickly, including law firm partners and recruiting teams
Benefits
$120,000 to $160,000 OTE plus equity
