Responsibilities
Support up to 4-6 young people (aged 17–19 with EHCPs) as they gain real workplace experience
Help young people build confidence and develop employability skills
Assist in transitioning young people into work
Work outdoors with a supportive team
Make a real difference to young people’s futures
Provide one-to-one support and classroom assistance with Maths, English and employability
Qualification
Required
Passionate about supporting young people
Motivated, patient, and hands-on
Experience in supporting young people with additional needs
Ability to support up to 4-6 young people (aged 17–19 with EHCPs)
Ability to provide one-to-one support and classroom assistance with Maths, English, and employability skills
