Responsibilities

Able to perform all primary and secondary responsibilities of QC laboratory Technician I

Ensures device Investigation Forms are complete in a timely manner

Help maintain Critical Equipment master list

Monitor and ensure equipment QC and maintenance is performed

Assist with any projects and notify Lead Technician/Quality Control Testing Lab Supervisor of any issues in the Quality Control Lab

Maintain testing and records have up-to-date information for QC reporting

Ensure all supplies are ordered as needed

Takes direction from the leads/supervisor of the laboratory without conflict

Able to work with techs in other departments without conflict

Able to work in timely manner according to the standards of the position being trained

Perform task according to SOP standards for that task

QC Laboratory experienceMedical Laboratory TechnicianSpecimen processingTest performanceTeam collaboration

Required

Minimum of six months of experience in QC Laboratory

Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution
