Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and execution of program activities and events
Conduct research and gather data to support program planning and decision-making
Prepare and maintain program documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and managing communications
Support the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services

Required

By start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Energy Management, or a related field
Must be able to pass any required background check(s), which may include drug screening
Program coordination and documentation
Research and data collection
Team collaboration and communication
Time management and task prioritization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query) is a plus

Preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with data analytics tools and software (e.g., VBA, Power BI, Power Query) to support data-driven decision-making
