The role involves supporting a global team in business planning, reporting, and internal communications while driving process improvements and change management across the organization.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute internal process and program opportunities across a global team; partner with AWS Fintech leadership and cross-functional teams to drive change management and adoption
Define and track success metrics for key programs; assess the health and benefit of programs in order to make decisions on what to grow, evolve, or discontinue
Gather and analyze customer feedback, requests, and suggestions; provide valuable insights to leadership team for improvements – must be excel proficient
Own key internal communications channels + platforms. Develop and execute org-wide communication plans to inform and inspire employee base

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
