Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve concerns related to shipments, billing, and service issues.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
Investigate and resolve service issues, shipment delays, and billing disputes
Document interactions clearly and accurately in company systems
Partner with internal teams to find solutions and keep shipments moving
Negotiate resolutions, including customer service gestures and claims adjustments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with professionalism
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
Comfortable learning and using multiple systems
