Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout
Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to meet project objectives
Travel to project sites, including remote or secure facilities, as required by project scope
Obtain and maintain required security clearances and site access credentials
Manage job costs, change orders, billings, forecasting, and overall project profitability
Serve as the primary client point of contact and lead project meetings
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies
Provide regular project status updates to leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site as project needs require
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Solid understanding of project financial management, cost control, and scheduling
Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software
