Assist with financial report preparation, modeling, and analysis

Research and benchmarking industry data

Help with arranging meetings and presentations

Work under supervision of team leaders and other mentors

Assist with preparing communications, assist with presentations and related support materials

Required

Rising College Senior (Class of 2027)

Business Majors with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or related

General understanding of accounting, financial modeling, and reporting concepts

Strong desire to learn and apply new concepts

Ability to multi-task while continuing to ensure attention to detail

Excellent written/verbal communications and listening skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Power Point, Word, Excel

Ability to work the full duration of the 9-week program

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, project, groups or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation

Adapts and learns: Actively learns and adapts through experimentation when tackling new problems and situations, using both successes and failures to develop and learn
