They are currently seeking a bilingual Lead Intake Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join their team, responsible for being the first point of contact for clients and supporting the administrative operations of the firm.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, in both English and Spanish
Conduct initial intake calls and accurately collect client information
Screen and qualify leads and route matters appropriately within the firm
Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
Maintain and organize client records and intake documentation
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and file management
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients throughout the intake process
Coordinate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Qualification
Required
Native or fluent Spanish required (oral and written)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an intake, administrative, or client-facing role
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn case management software
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
law firm experience preferred but not required
