Responsibilities
Coordinate and participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned accounts
Consolidate various monthly results with commentary on key drivers
Lead monthly spending reviews with departments and anticipate future spending
Provide detailed explanations and analyses on departmental spending and key drivers vs. budget and forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Perform month end duties necessary for closing the books
Perform balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Submit the bi-weekly hourly employees payroll for Liberator and Tri-County
Conduct ad hoc projects or analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field of study
two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
demonstrated experience in financial analysis of both sales and expense data
reconciliation of financial data
financial modeling of complex R&D business cases
