Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys across all phases of legal matters
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials
Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings (including e-filing where applicable)
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party vendors
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, deposition materials, and hearing support documents
Maintain document management systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules
High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency with legal case management/document management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision
