Responsibilities
Expected to drive with a product mindset to help tell a story of the importance of data, how data drives business outcomes and enhancing our customers experience
Partner with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions and generative AI solutions
Analyze data, extract actionable insights, and connect findings to business strategy, highlighting the importance of data quality and centralized data management in a data lake
Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams
Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
Develops a strong partnership with Stakeholders; communicating product updates, influencing the importance of data to the organization, progress and strategy to stakeholders; including executives and customers
Design API-first product , data governance, and real-time data processing
Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale data products with measurable business outcomes
Hands-on exposure to tools such as Snowflake and can dive into the detail
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Good knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design and data analytics
Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition and value management
Experience in driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with different data environments such as AWS S3, Snowflake and Data Bricks
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with them
Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling and data architecture
Preferred
Recognized thought leader within a related field
High proficient in data querying with languages as Python, R, Perl, SQL
