Draft and update estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
Manage trust administration and probate matters, including court filings
Coordinate with tax litigators, valuation experts, accountants, and trustees
Review and negotiate expert and trustee fee agreements
Assist with federal gift and estate tax matters
Strong academic background, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Large law firm experience preferred
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active Pennsylvania bar admission required
Three to five years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
Preferred
U.S. Tax Court admission and LL.M. in Taxation are a plus
