Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete inventory accounting function as the company’s Inventory Accounting Manager

Own the digital and physical inventory count processes, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting

Monitor and manage inventory held with 3PL providers, including multimillion-dollar accounts with key customers

Analyze and report on inventory movement, including raw materials, prepaid inventory, and finished products

Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate entries and cost allocations in accordance with GAAP

Serve as the subject matter expert for inventory transactions within the ERP system

Develop internal controls and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and reduce financial risk
