Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Human Resources and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the Westcliff’s hiring goals and plan effectively
Create and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with Westcliff's business objectives and culture in order to meet aggressive hiring goals, with a focus on proactive sourcing (e.g. social networking, internet research, cold calling, regular networking at events and conferences)
Manage efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operations which support Westcliff's rapid hiring growth
Manage the requisition approval process and allocate open requisitions appropriately to external agencies as needed
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's required
Preferred
Demonstrated interest in mobile is strongly preferred
Prior experience working in the higher education verticals a plus
Being introduced by and Westcliff team member is a plus
