Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the Remarketing Service Coordinator team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to private label captive finance retailers, dealer relationship managers, and partner operations teams
Oversee daily team operations, including coaching, dealer outreach, issue resolution, and development of training materials for policy, program, and system updates
Collaborate with VR Brand Managers to advance PLCF initiatives and strategic priorities
Report on the progress and outcomes of RSC activities to internal stakeholders, PLCF brand teams, and clients, using both data-driven and qualitative insights to highlight achievements and areas of opportunity
Monitor and analyze dealer interactions and feedback to identify behavioral trends and recurring themes, sharing actionable insights with VR Brand Managers and other stakeholders to guide process enhancements, new program development, or risk mitigation efforts
Support the team in managing escalated cases by collaborating with other VR teams and operational partners, demonstrating urgency and commitment to timely solutions
Continuously evaluate and improve tools and processes to maximize overall effectiveness in inventory management and service level adherence
Promote a culture of engagement, professional growth, and recognition within the team

Required

Experience in automotive finance, customer support, or automotive dealership environments
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record in coaching and mentoring team members
Ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues to support productive partnerships with dealers and internal teams
Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey detailed information to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with a proactive and innovative approach to driving positive change and enhancing business performance

Vehicle remarketing and/or captive automotive finance experience
