Assist with closing documents, title and survey, diligence, and deal management
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and diligent. Very high on the conscientiousness scale
“Can do” attitude and proactive mindset, having a genuine interest in helping the firm and its clients succeed
Experience reviewing title and survey in depth and ability to solve title and survey issues with attorneys and underwriters through creative and experience-based solutions
Experience closing large commercial real estate transactions
Adaptable and able to learn new skills to fit the needs of the firm and its clients
Knowledge about entity formation process and basic entity setup, particularly in DE and FL
High integrity - meaning, you are who you say you are. The 'inside' matches the 'outside' and you do what is right even when no one is watching and when cutting corners is more expedient
Strong attention to detail, with experience drafting basic contracts for review by attorneys
Commercial real estate and corporate law experience
Professionalism in interacting with coworkers and clients, with an understanding of decorum
