Responsibilities
Manage sophisticated business disputes including LLC, corporate and partnership litigation, fiduciary claims, contract disputes, trade secrets, and class actions
Handle matters across the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court and the SDNY/EDNY
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents with minimal supervision
Work collaboratively within a highly regarded international Commercial Litigation team
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally from an Am Law 200 firm or strong regional/boutique firm
Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from a nationally recognized law school
Admission to practice in New York is essential
Preferred
Law Review or Journal experience preferred
Prior experience appearing in the Commercial Division and SDNY/EDNY is desirable
Trial experience and/or prior federal clerkship a plus
