Responsibilities

Installing and updating Operating Systems

Software installation and administration

Performing backup procedures

Setting up a network to support modelling/simulation and emulating systems used on the bridge of US Navy ships

Installing and configuring network switches

Information Assurance competency

IT skillset and Systems Administration background

Required

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or higher

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computer information systems or mathematics. 8 years of related work experience may be substituted for education requirement

Five (5) years of engineering or network/computer systems administrator experience

1 - 2 years of experience with building and configuring within ACAS

1 - 2 years of experience in the Information Assurance field

Ability to work with a team and collaborate with various government personnel
