Responsibilities
Recruit technical artists, creatives, and engineers involved in animation technology
Understand animation pipelines and the tech/artistic skills needed for roles in film, scripted content, and animation
Source candidates across traditional channels and emerging spaces like Discord, Twitter, YouTube
Conduct first-round interviews virtually, with potential in-person interviews in LA for top candidates outside the area
Support operational execution alongside recruiters and talent coordinators to ensure smooth candidate experiences
Qualification
Required
Experience at companies like Riot, Blizzard, Ion Lens, or other animation/gaming studios, or agency experience supporting similar clients
Comfortable in an on-site, lively, collaborative culture, ideally in LA (Mon–Thu on-site, Fri remote)
Recruit technical artists, creatives, and engineers involved in animation technology
Understand animation pipelines and the tech/artistic skills needed for roles in film, scripted content, and animation
Source candidates across traditional channels and emerging spaces like Discord, Twitter, YouTube
Conduct first-round interviews virtually, with potential in-person interviews in LA for top candidates outside the area
Support operational execution alongside recruiters and talent coordinators to ensure smooth candidate experiences
High-speed environment: organization moves fast; speed and velocity in recruiting are critical
Anticipated contract length: at least 6 months, potentially up to a year
Open to very tenured researchers with strong full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, especially in animation, gaming, or VFX environments
Preferred
High-volume recruiting experience preferred
Understanding union laws is helpful but not required
