Revit Detailer with MEP Experience
RANDALL is a leading self-performing subcontractor serving Florida and the Southeast. The Revit Detailer will support the VDC team in creating detailed fabrication, coordination, and installation drawings for large commercial projects, focusing on modeling piping and ductwork systems.

Responsibilities
Develop fabrication- and installation-ready MEP models using Revit
Focus on modeling piping and ductwork systems across a variety of disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, HVAC)
Produce clear, accurate, detailed and constructible shop drawings from contract documents
Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project standards
Support coordination processes using Navisworks and Revizto (preferred but not required)
Participate in internal clash reviews and address coordination issues where needed
Work within established project schedules and document control processes
Assist in creating final as-built drawings when required
Experience in producing spool drawings for a fabrication shop is a plus
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Revit
3–5 years of experience working as a Revit MEP Detailer, with a focus on piping and ductwork
Basic understanding of MEP construction documents
Familiarity with multiple piping and ductwork systems (sanitary, domestic water, HVAC supply/return/exhaust, etc.)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into buildable models
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience with Navisworks and Revizto
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (SMACNA, IPC, IMC)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
