Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in technical domains are a plus
Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in the IT industry or related technical domains, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
