Responsibilities

Accountable for maintaining department according to company standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store

Serve as a product expert - able to answer questions on products, sell products, and add on sales to the original request. Review product information sheets; be familiar with top selling items in order to make recommendations, be able to demonstrate the use of merchandise to customers, as requested

Greet and serve customers in in all departments

Receive, store, and distribute products

Actively promote increased sales by suggesting additional products when assisting customers

Demonstrate the use of electrical products to customers

Must have some knowledge of electrical goods and services

Able to provide Sunshine Ace's famous customer service

Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Move heavier items with assistance

Must have good written and oral communication skills
