Medical Device product; highly engineered product and systems
R&D/Product Development teams + Manufacturing Site / Operations
Manage 7 direct reports (managers/sr managers) and total site team of ~ 100+

Build and maintain a strong culture
Qualification
Required
Full P&L and site leader responsibility for PE backed business
Experience with Medical Device product; highly engineered product and systems
Strong analytical and dynamic leadership skills
Ability to build a strong culture
Strong technical background, ideally in engineering
Proven ability to deliver growth results
Experience in a mid-sized business with solid corporate and BU leadership
Experience managing 7 direct reports (managers/sr managers)
Ability to manage a total site team of ~ 100+
Comfortable in a fast-paced PE environment
Willingness to relocate to Corvallis area
