Administers and supports existing PMO processes/solutions
Investigates and helps resolve process/solution issues
Makes recommendations for process/solution improvement
Gathers requirements and contributes to designing, testing, and implementing new PMO processes/solutions
Supports rollout of new process/solution changes
Documents PMO processes/solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytical skills in a business analyst role
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize multiple types and sources of information into action
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Able to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups including business and technology stakeholders to gather and articulate requirements
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
Able to work independently, self-starter
Ability to thrive in a matrix-oriented, fast-paced environment and work on multiple deliverables at once
Experience working within an enterprise PMO function
Experience using ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Snowflake (or other data warehouse) and analytics reporting tools like Tableau
Experience operating in an agile context
Little to no travel required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in related field preferred
