In this role, you will proactively source and engage candidates while leveraging social media and various recruiting tools to strengthen our talent pipelines.

Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for psychology and psychiatry roles
Leverage sourcing tools and job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
Partner with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines and support active hiring needs
Track sourcing activity and engagement to continuously improve outreach strategies
Own and grow our social media recruiting presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and professional groups
Actively engage in online groups and forums to build relationships and increase brand visibility
Qualification
Required
2+ years of candidate sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong focus on social media and digital channels
Handson experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to candidate engagement
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience is a plus
