Responsibilities
Build, support and maintain the core data services that support Mployer’s analytics and benefits platforms
Focus on data modeling, analytics-oriented workflows, API development, and integrations with numerous external data sources
Work within a multi-tenant architecture using PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
Emphasize practical execution, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with application engineers and analytics stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Professional experience building data-centric or analytics-driven software systems
Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
Experience developing and maintaining APIs and data integrations with external systems
Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and cloud deployments in Azure and/or AWS
Working knowledge of service-based or API-first system design
Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
