Product Manager - Remote

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry, and they are seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will identify opportunities to build and expand the product offering and execute product lifecycle processes while synthesizing data from multiple sources to determine new features and product direction.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product and market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development (feature specifications), coordinating testing and documentation of the product requirements and launch
Translate business cases, feature requests, market requirements, and success metrics into product strategy and create and communicate detailed requirements for design and development
Coordinate, track, and support all change and release management activities during a project
Commercialize and bring to market product offerings by managing cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication about use and benefits, buying criteria and sales, support, marketing, press, etc
Communicate benefits of products and releases to internal and external stakeholders
Conduct competitive analysis and communicate learnings to the organization

Required

Demonstrated success leading product-led growth, sales, or support initiatives
Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
Excellent communication skills—able to align diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes
Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Support on integrated GTM and retention strategies
Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for simplifying complex experiences

Preferred

Prefer bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, or related field
Prefer at least 2 years' professional experience as a product manager of a SaaS product in an agile development process
Experience in B2B SaaS, Legal Practice Management, or enterprise workflow software
Background in subscription, onboarding, or customer success platforms
Familiarity with modern PLG tools (Pendo, Appcues, Userflow, Chameleon, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
